Q: Can I use SchKIDules magnets on my refrigerator?

A: Yes, our magnets are 30 mil thickness (plenty strong on a fridge) and can be used on the SchKIDules boards as well as on a refrigerator. Our boards do not stick to the refrigerator. They are themselves like a portable refridgerator door.

Q: Can I pay by check?

A: Yes. You can place the order via phone or webform. We will email you an invoice and you can mail us a check.

Q: Do you accept Purchase Orders?

A: Yes we do. Just fill out our webform and we will conatact you with a total and send you an invoice.

Q: Do you have wholesale discounts?

A: Yes, please contact us directly to discuss wholesale purchases for qualified resellers.

SHIPPING

Q: How soon will I get my SchKIDule?

A: All regular orders will ship in 5-7 business days, priority mail. Many will ship sooner.

Q: Do you ship Internationally?

A: Yes we do. We have a special webform for buyers outside of the U.S. The reason we do this is to ensure accuracy of shipping costs. We could automate it but often times the customer gets overcharged and we like to keep it real!

RETURNS

Q: What is your return policy?

A: We are very confident you will be happy with our products. However, if for some reason you are not, we offer a 14 day money back guarentee. Cost of return shipping will be paid by the customer, item must arrive in "new" condition, and returns will not be accepted for "custom" items such as nametags, digital photos and personalized text magnets.

Q: Do you have a catalog?

A: Not at this time. Though we do publish our product through the "Got Autism" catalogue.
