DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Where do you ship from?

90% of our order will ship from Illinois.  10% come from Massachusetts.

What carrier do you use?

To be honest, all of them!  During COVID we have had to roll with the changes and ship each parcel differently accoring to weight, location and company health.  We will send you a tracking notification when we ship your goods, if you just plug that into google it normally can take you right to the appropriate company’s tracking page.

How long will it take to get my order?

Shipments to the United states can take anywhere from 2-6 days depending on location, size of the order, shipping method selected and carrier transit times.  We promise to ship your items same day if ordered by noon (sometimes later if the carrier has not picked up yet) and next day if ordered later in the day.

I need this fast, can you ship overnight?

If you need overnight shipping we can do that for you.  We do not publish overnight rates on our site, so please call us so we can get you a rate and also get the order out by the daily cut off time.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Do you ship to my country

SchKIDules ships to several international locations.  If you do not see your country as an option during checkout, it does not mean we cannot ship to you. Just load up your cart including your shipping address and send us an email letting us know you need shipping enabled.

What carrier do you use?

For almost all international shipments we use DHL Ecommerce Global

How long will it take to get my order?

This is normally an easier question to answer. With COVID-19, however, we are seeing extensive delays in the international shipment world with DHL.  If  you need it faster, FedEx is more reliable but will be far more expensive.  If you don’t mind this upcharge, contact us before placing your order so we can give you a quote.

Who pays duties and import taxes?

The customer.

RETURNS

How many days do you accept returns after purchase?

SchKIDules gives all customers 30 days to try out their visual schedule.  This means 30 days from the day after you receive it.

How long will it take to get my refund?

Refunds are processed 1-3 days after receipt of the product.

Will I get a full refund if I return the product?

Custom items cannot be returned.  All other items returned in good condition receive a full refund of the purchase price.

Who pays for return postage?

The customer unless there was a problem with the product itself.

Are you products in stores?

SchKIDules products can be found in a few brick and mortar stores around the country.  Please see our “About Us” page for a current list.  If you’d like to see them in a store near you, please let us know.

Do you have a catalog?

Yes we do. It is available upon request.  Please email sales@schkidules.com

Do you offer coupons?

Occassionally SchKIDules will offer a coupon code but it is pretty rare. When we do, it is always announced on our Facebook page so follow us there to stay on top of new products and sales.

Can I pay over the phone?

We cannot take payments over the phone.  We can however, take your order over the phone and then send an electronic invoice to your email to be paid via credit card.

Do you take checks?

If you need to pay with a check, please contact us first and we will walk you through the process.

Shipping

All of our orders are professionally shipped by our fulfillment center in Illinois. Items ordered before Noon EST will ship same day.  Domestic shipping generally takes 3-6 days to delivery.  More about shipping here
