Domestic Shipping
This depends greatly on carrier and distance but most CONUS deliveries occur between 2-5 days.
90% of our order will ship from Illinois. 10% come from Massachusetts.
We use all carriers but our top two are USPS and FedEx.

International Shipping
We have several international destinations preloaded to our checkout process. If you do not see yours please contact us and we can send you a quote to ship to your country.
In order to keep your shipping costs down, we ship DHL international. These rates are far more affordable than their competitors but they do take some time to arrive. Since COVID began, the wait can be 3-4 weeks. FedEx is faster but will cost significantly more. If you want to get a quote for expedited FedEx service please contact us and we will be happy to provide it. Also, if you want your items sooner and live in Canada or Australia, please see Amazon.ca, The Perfect Day Store (CA) or My Diffability AU for faster, less expensive options.
Returns
We want families to be able to try SchKIDules out for a whole month before deciding if it’s working for them. If your child does not react the way you had hoped, you can email us to return your products anytime within 30 days of receiving them.
Items returned in good condition receive a full refund of the purchase price. Custom items (name tags, digital photo magnets, etc) CANNOT be returned.
As soon as we receive your return in sellable/like new condition, your refund will be processed same day.
If you purchased a board it must be shipped in a shipping box. If you only purchased magnets, they can be placed in a padded envelop. You can ship it on your own, or we can provide you with a label for a fee.

Yes, we have a retail catalog and a wholesale catalog. Both are available upon request. Please email customerservice@schkidules.com
We do not take payments over the phone. The three ways you can place an order with SchKIDules is
1. Purchases on the website
2. Call or email us with an order and we will email you an invoice
3. If you are a school or approved organization, you can email a PO and we will invoice you with the shipment.
We rarely publish coupons or special deals. When we do, we always post it to our Facebook page. We also announce when we roll out new products and artwork on FB too so please follow us!
